This statement sets forth the terms and conditions under which a giveaway where a winner is chosen at random (“Sweepstakes”) are executed by Shannon Broadbent.

No purchase is necessary to enter any Sweepstakes on shannonbroadbent.com. All entrants must be U.S. residents (unless otherwise stated in the giveaway descriptions), ages 18 years or older, and must provide a valid email address.

The odds of winning a Sweepstakes is dependent on the number of entries. Winners will be selected randomly by Shannon Broadbent using Raffelcopter.com as the selection tool and have 48 hours to claim their prize. If a potential Prize winner forfeits or does not claim a prize, the prize will be re-awarded, at Shannon Broadbent sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded.

Employees of Shannon Broadbent and the Sweepstakes/Giveaway Sponsor are not eligible to participate. All entries received after the Sweepstakes closing date and time will not be considered. Entries that do not follow all of the entry requirements will not be considered.
